[cdt-dev] Copying an exported Deployable plugin into a new installation of Eclipse CDT is not working

I created a deployable jar in Eclipse Mars. It threw me a plugins directory with two jars (one for the source because I chose to). I copied the files into the plugins directory of a new eclipse installation. But it did not work.
