I assume your refactoring is in the cdt.ui plugin? You can follow the instructions in the getting started page  to build the p2 repository which will contain the jar of your modified cdt.ui plugin. There are other ways to export a plugin and create a p2 repository but I think this might be the quickest for you.

Is there a step by step on how to create such a plugin and p2 repository. Am so sorry about trivial questions. But am in a tight deadline to fix bugs and would appreciate every help in reducing the technical curve learning.
