I don't think those are interactive.  But I'm not sure.

What Vladimir setup seems good because anyone clicking on the link can join the hangout
and both watch/listen and share/speak.

Cool, so I figured out how to start a Hangout-on-Air but I¹d like to hook
that up to our audio conference bridge so I can hear everyone. Anyone
tried that?
