Commit http://git.eclipse.org/c/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt.git/commit/?id=c221d768ac73d56e3dcb7da6ca936198174f65db introduced order enforcement for test cases in CDescriptorTests class. If the original problem was a dependency between the test cases, it should be addressed by merging the dependent test cases, not by introducing an external ordering.
