I’ve tested the eclipse-cpp-indigo-SR2-win32 package, and it does not auto-update for 2 reasons:
(1)
While the CDT indigo repo is listed in the package’s update sites, it is not enabled.
(2)
When I manually enable it and “Check for Updates”, the SR3 site is contacted as per the progress, but Eclipse still claims “no updates
found”. Maybe because versions are still 8.0.2 ?
Might make sense looking at this for Juno, such that CDT hotfixes can be deployed independent of the simultaneous release just in case.
Thanks,
Martin

Thanks Doug !
The exact list of diffs is between the yellow “CDT_8_0_3” and “CDT_8_0_2” tags here, would that suffice as release info:
https://git.eclipse.org/c/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt.git/log/?h=cdt_8_0
One thing I’ve noticed, the 803 bits don’t seem to be categorized.
That makes the experience a bit confusing when trying to update an existing 802 install …
Since it looks like the “main features” are already up-to-date but they are not.
I have not tested whether CDT would auto-update when I install the C/C++ package and then “check for updates”.

Thanks,
Martin

I've published the very latest on the cdt_8_0 branch to our cdt Indigo p2 site. Call it 8.0.3 although I didn't reversion any of the features so it still looks like 8.0.2 but with today's date in the qualifier.
To find out what's in there, checkout the history between the CDT_8_0_2 and CDT_8_0_3 tags.
