In particular, I see that in Preferences -> C/C++ -> Settings -> Discovery
tab -> CDT GCC Builtin Compiler Settings, there is a field named "Command
to get compiler specs" with the value
${COMMAND} -E -P -v -dD ${INPUTS}
but where does ${COMMAND} come from?
