[cdt-dev] Restore Defaults in Code Analysis preferences

Hi,
I sent a patch some months ago to CDT/Codan bug in eclipse bugzilla but 
I had no replies. Can anyone take a look in that for me? It is the bug 
number 345614 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=345614). If 
there is something wrong or anything I need to change in the patch just 
let me know.
