If it is ends of lines or white spaces you can use hint from

Hello altogether,
I would like to provide some patches for some small
issues.
Unfortunately our company blocks any kind of access
to the CVS server (, also the proxy cvs server).
Unfortunately either EGit or my understanding of GIT
is the problem. Somehow I can't get a patch created that only contains the
changed files. The created patch is always multiple MBs big for just one changed
file. It seems to contain the changes of multiple projects.
Has anybody already worked with EGit and can provide a link
or short tutorial how to create a patch for e.g. one changed
file?
