The CommandFactory is a DSF-GDB specific concept so it's not part of
any DSF document. And we don't have any DSF-GDB documents besides the
different wiki pages which you can find under http://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/designs
You can find some info about the CommandFacotry under the
"DSF-GDB extensibility" link.
Basically, you obtain the CommandFactory using the IMICommandControl service
which you can get using a DsfServicesTracker.
