What happened was I changed the names of those plugins when I expanded the scope of the parsers to include C++ in addition to c99. Those two references to the old names must have slipped past my radar. The old plugins with the old names are still in CVS under the c99 folder. Anyway, I fixed it.

[cdt-dev] Invalid project names in lrparser and lrparser.tests? |
Hi,
The "name" attribute in .project files of org.eclipse.cdt.core.lrparser and org.eclipse.cdt.lrparser.tests is "org.eclipse.cdt.core.parser.c99" and "org.eclipse.cdt.core.parser.c99.tests". It seems like a copy/paste bug. One of the consequences is that it breaks the importing of lrparser plug-ins.
I submitted https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=318011 more than a month ago but haven't heard anything back.
Can anyone comment on this issue?
Thanks,
