[cdt-dev] debug configuration settings

Here's a problem I keep running into. I set up my debug environment in
Debug Configurations. Every time I change the location of the project
or checkout the project, the debug configuration doesn't follow the
project and I have to reconfigure my debug environment again.

Is this info not part of the project?
