error parsers, was Re: [cdt-dev] FYI, merged in a bunch of changes

Found the issue... the RSEProcessBuilder from PTP was missing a previously made fix to get the stderr redirection working. Since the compiler outputs errors to stderr, they were never getting to the error parser.
