This is essentially what
Teodor's 312098 does also. But in additon it does not
force renderer to be created until something is entered (
e.g. uses 0 as a valid
default address which it is not ).

Subject: [cdt-dev] empty _expression_ in Memory Browser
I wanted to check with folks in case there's some use case that's not
obvious to me. I contend the Go and New Tab buttons in the
Memory Browser should be disabled when the _expression_ field is empty. No
one expects an empty _expression_ to have some particular meaning,
right?
