Word is all of Eclipse is only getting 10 students. Hopefully we get one. Please pick you favorite and pursue that.

Students ranking is based on sum of scores from "mentors", and since
we only have me and Sergey from CDT
registered we cannot have them rank good enough to be in top ten which

You don't actually have to mentor anything, but you can rank student
applications. In application comment mention that you want to be a
mentor for eclipse foundation.
I think currently projects such as ECF has 5 students and Mylyn has 3
in top 10 because of mentor ranking! Deadline for ranking is 20 Apr.
