I will change the main cdt feature version when one of the plugins change its version to 7.0.

There is a compile error in HEAD so the build didn't finish:

[javac] 52. ERROR in /opt/public/download-staging.priv/tools/cdt/releng/org.eclipse.cdt/all/org.eclipse.cdt.releng/results/plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.p2/src/org/eclipse/cdt/internal/p2/touchpoint/natives/actions/UntarAction.java (at line 95)

[javac] ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
[javac] ActionConstants.PARM_ARTIFACT cannot be resolved

I can kick off another build once it's fixed.
