You can't change bugs that are opened by others (annoying, I know).
Just raise a new bug is probably the best thing.

I have reported that this is not, in fact, fixed, on 2009-03-27,
provided a patch on 2009-04-03, and reported it is still
needs fixing in CDT6 on 2009-06-09. Still the issue remains

anybody search results ever.
Am I supposed to just open a new issue?
