I have a bunch of changes to the CDT help
It was an assortment of 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 terminology and screenshots.
The obsessive-compulsive part of me made me do it.
While it's still not perfect, I have updated a lot, esp, the beginning tutorials.
I feel it's important for folks to have a good initial experience in using CDT.

I know the previous build was supposed to be 'final' but can we do another one when I put
the changes into the help bug? https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=280125
