I'm going to make a "new and noteworthy" for 6.0 later today.
If anyone has anything to add to http://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/User/NewIn60 (which I'll base it on), and can add it, that will help!
I'll try to get some screenshots too (not sure how many I can do, but it really livens up a "New and Noteworthy") but if you have screenshots to add that would also be appreciated.
Any screenshots I generate will probably be on Mac or Linux. Will try to do mostly Linux.
I'm assuming nobody else is working on this. let me know if that's not true!
