Hi,

I wanted to bring this bug [1] to your attention.
Since Eclipse 3.5 M6 the sorting of C/C++ projects in the Project
Explorer is broken when JDT is installed together with CDT.
It is caused by a platform bug [2] which will not be fixed in Eclipse
3.5.
Workarounds are mentioned in the bug.
