RE: [cdt-dev] CDT 5.0.3 build

If you look at the 4.0.3 nightly build page, you'll see 10 builds were
done after the one marked final. Each one of those was done on request
and incorporated into someone's product. The version number wasn't
updated, just the timestamp.
I'm just describing what we did for the last couple of releases. Feel
free to change it, assuming we have the resources to make the changes.
At the time, we didn't have those resources, and producing one wasn't
important enough. Does it really matter if everyone has a different
version of 5.0.2? There's the ideal that says yes, but pragmatically?
