[cdt-dev] Disabling Cygwin capability

Hi,

We have developed plugins for out GNU-based toolchain. Everything works 
fine, until we have a system with Cygwin installed too. CDT is trying to 
be helpful by finding Cygwin and adding various things to the path and 
include path which cause us problems. Specifically it is adding Cygwin 
include paths which is obviously conflicting with out own.

Is there any way to disable this 'helpful' feature?
