[cdt-dev] Commit rights for John Camelon have been expired

Doug Schaefer has expired the commit rights for John Camelon (jcamelon). 
The reason for this change is:

It's been a long time since Johnny committed some code. Promoting him to
Emeritus for all his great work on the parser.

To honor John Camelon's contributions to the project, Doug Schaefer has
nominated John Camelon for Committer Emeritus status.
