See "Advanced" option of the "Debugger" tab of the launch configuration
dialog. You can also enable/disable individual registers and variables
in the views.

I can't find the above option anywhere in the latest CDT - didn't it
used to be in Windows>preferences>C/C++>GDB MI ?
