[cdt-dev] CDT can't find the correct inlcude file.

I work on a project. It has some include files which have the same file name but exist in the different folder. And the makefile has included the path of the correct include file. But after indexed, CDT can't find the crrect include file.
Is there a way to change the path of the include file?
