It will be the latter. Originally it was going to be the 22nd-24th and the PluginFest was going to be on the Thursday and Friday. The PluginFest has since been canceled though, so we felt it would be easier on everyone to have the Summit from Tuesday to Thursday, so that people could travel on the Monday and Friday and not lose out on their weekends.

Can anyone confirm the dates of the summit. It is Sept 22-24 on the wiki page has and Sept 23-25 in the conference call's notes.
