OK, it works with M6a! Thank You!

Last build that works with Eclipse M5 is cdt-master-5.0.0-I200804230802.zip.
I had no idea that starting with cdt-master-5.0.0-I200804241324.zip CDT
depends on Eclipse M6, bacause the description on the download page shows "old"
instructions.
