[cdt-dev] Pre&Post build mechanism question

Hi,

I am new to CDT and relatively new to Eclipse and I'm on a project extending CDT to work with ARM compilers whith new build chains, and I need to understand how the build properties are managed and more precisely how is pre and post build working (which classes and functions do the whole job from the input of the command by the user to its execution).
