RE: [cdt-dev] CDT SDK install still shows CDT runtime as installa ble

Yeah, I think there is something weird about the runtime and SDK
relationship. If you select the SDK in the update manager and press Add
Required, the runtime doesn't get turned on.

I'll definitely take a look. Beth, can you raise a bug on this?
