[cdt-dev] Adding a dependency with internal builder

Our CDT integration creates an additional options file which affects compilation so I’d like object files to be rebuilt if this file has changed. With the Gnu Makefile builder we manage this using an additional makefile.targets file that contains the line:

$(OBJS) : ../ipg.cop

Can the equivalent be done for the internal builder?

Alternatively is there a way to default new projects to use the Gnu Makefile builder?
