RE: [cdt-dev] CDT 4.0 builds without JUnit test results

The JUnits are up and running, sort of. I had pinned the version of the
org.eclipse.tests plugin I use for these runs. That broke when they got rid
of the startup.jar. Using HEAD fixes that.

However, only the core tests appear to be running. This will need further
investigation.
