[cdt-dev] Failure in PDOM JUnit Tests

I just did a fresh checkout from HEAD and I'm getting a failure in
IncludesTests.  I'm not sure what's breaking it so if someone can take a
look at it that'd be great.  Thanks!  This is also failing some of the
testcases that I wrote for C++ class and namespace definitions.   I'm
hoping to check the testcases I have into the repository as soon as I get a
chance.
