I know a number of people who had trouble finding CDT 3.1 downloads. A
reference to
http://download3.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/3.1.0/ is
hard to find.

Sorry for not being clear. http://www.eclipse.org/callisto/c-dev.php page
itself is fine, but the CDT link it contains point to
http://www.eclipse.org/cdt/, which is old.
