gang, I’ve got to declare this build no-go. I think the following bug
needs to be resolved before we can release this build:

discovery is broken for Managed Make, which pretty much means that all parser
based functionality is broken for managed make projects which is what I want

Tuesday morning EST, we’ll publicize this as the RC1 build. If we get a
no-go we’ll respin and do this again. I am consider the following
committers active, i.e. ones who’ve committed code since RC0. Of course
