[cdt-dev] CDT Wiki

Hey gang,

I found this wiki on the web while searching around. I was thinking we
needed something like this so that CDT users had a place to go for
answers to their questions. I know Bjorn from Eclipse was looking for
one to be hosted on eclipse.org, but until that happens we could promote
using this.

P.S. also, excuse me if someone has already pointed this out and I
totally missed it. This wiki has been around for a year and a half...
