If you are using CDT 2.1 or later, you can exclude a file from the build
under the C/C++ Build properties for that file.

Subject: [cdt-dev] Filtering out source files
Is is possible to filter out certain source files in a managed build
project to prevent them from compiling and linking?
If it's not this would be a really nice piece of functionality to
consider for the next release.

vladchuk
