RE: [cdt-dev] incorrect definitions in buildDefinitions.exsd ?
|
Hi Andrew,
I have applied your patch, and also added some additional corrections to
the schema, that I mentioned previously.
Thank you,
Mikhail

Hi Andrew,
Your patch looks good. I suppose I will apply it after the M7 build is
released.
I will also add the following:
1. Add minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded" for the "inputOrder" and the
"additionalInput" element references of the "inputType" element
definition.
2. Add minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded" for the "inputType",
"outputType" and "envVarBuildPath" element references of the "tool"
element definition.
3. Add minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="unbounded" for the "tool" element
reference of the "resourceConfiguration" element definition.
4. Add minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="unbounded" for the "configuration"
element reference of the "project" element definition.
Thank you,
Mikhail

hi,
please find attached a patch for buildDefinitions.exsd, that adds some
extra constraints to the markup (I used the Managed Build System
Extensibility Document as a reference).
I've not added many possible corrections since they would be rejected
until
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=77043
is fixed
thanks,
Andrew
