In case you're not on eclipse-dev and was wondering what was wrong with
bugzilla and downloads.

[eclipse-dev] slow access to download.eclipse.org and bugs.eclipse.org
People accessing the eclipse.org downloads servers and bugs.eclipse.org
bugzilla database from the internet may notice that things access to these
services is quite slow today. There is problem with a cable on one of our
routers which is generating large number of CRC errors. Our IT services
is arranging to have a replacement shipped from the manufacturer. However
this cable may not arrive until tomorrow. Again, thank you for your
patience.
