[cdt-dev] CDT 2.0 M8 is now available

Thanks for everyone's hard work and patience. Yesterday afternoon's build 
is declared the M8 build. It can be found at:

        http://update.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/updates/builds/2.0M8

These are the same bits as the build 2.0.0.200404011349.

Note that this build and later builds are needed if you want to use 
Eclipse 3.0 M8. There was a change there that broke us.
