[cdt-dev] "Save Changes" in memory view

I saw Alifiya's question about the "Save Changes" button in the Memory
view.  Having such a button seems counter-intuitive to me (and obviously
to Alifiya as well, who mis-understood it just as I would).

What I would expect is the memory view to be a live view of the memory,
and I likewise expect any changes I make to become live as I type.
Saving is something you do with your in-memory copy of a file.

So IMO, "Save Changes" should go.
