This method as well as isTermintated is not used in the current 
implementation. It is based on the corresponding events. I can't speak
about 
future - we have to wait for the platform changes to make our decisions.

The "Disconnect" action is based on the IDisconnect interface which is a

part of IDebugTarget. The idea behind it is that you can only disconnect
a 
target, not a thread or a stack frame.
Of course, we could have made the ICThread or ICStackFrame interfaces to

extend IDisconnect, but we decided to be consistent with the platform
and 
JDT.
