I noticed that by filing 27217 people have requested a virtual table for the memory view. In our product we made up very cheap and somehow useful solution by just adding two buttons <Next> and <Prev> to the Memory Window. See the attached picture.

Looking at the Mikhail comments I see that the plan for the CDT 3.0 is to use the Eclipse Debug view.

I know that having two buttons is far form perfect but if you guys think that this may improve the usability of the CDT versions prior to 3.0, I am ready to submit a patch right now.
