Re: [cdt-debug-dev] CDT Memory View
|
The Memory view provided by Eclipse platfrom displays memory in hexadecimal
format only. The support of other formats has been added recently and will
be available in Eclipse 3.1.

Subject: [cdt-debug-dev] CDT Memory View
Question from Altera: Is the new Debug memory view working for CDT.
CDT-2.1 will have support for two memory views
- The "new" memory view part of the Eclipse debug platform
- The "old" memory view part of CDT.
Both views will work in 2.1.
The "old" memory view is more flexible and provide much more features.
The new view is going through some serious change in Eclipse-3.1 and
hopefully it will have all the necessary framework to make the old view
completely obsolete, meaning we will phase it out for CDT-3.0.
