[cdt-debug-dev] Changes in CDI, GDB/MI etc ..

Bonjour,

  This time around instead of applying massive patches to the plugins.  We decide
to go by iterations.  So there will be a lot of "brouhaha" in the plugins, but
we will be able to see the progression and be more transparent in the process ..

org.eclipse.cdt.debug.ui
org.eclipse.cdt.debug.mi.core
org.eclipse.cdt.debug.win32.core


For developers depending on those plugins, lots of headaches coming.

The good news, this will allow us to do:

- Thread breakpoints
- exception breakpoints
- better support for multi-process in the same session
- docs (?) 8-)
etc ..

So bear with us.


P.S.: for some folks that need stability, better to stick with cdt_2_0 branch, we
still accept patches for major PRs.
