8-) Serinity now !!

First the good news.  Andrew Cagney was in Ottawa last week(for the OLS)
we had this long chat, in the future gdb/mi will be more verbose i.e.
will send notification(async) responses even for folks using the command
line, this will permit the UI to always be in sync, whether you drive
the gdb via the UI or the command line.

The bad news, work is progressing slowly, pieces of this is now in gdb-6.x
and we intend to use it for CDT/Debug 2.1
