Hi
Srivastava,
the error message is fatal. The archive is broken. Get an
intact archive.
The latest and greatest versions of eclipse CDT
are
eclipse 3.2

CDT
3.1.0 http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/callisto/dist/3.1.0/
For an introduction to using eclipse / CDT you could go through the
tutorials in the online help.
This mailing list is for the development
of CDT. If you have more questions of the "how-to-use" type the please direct
them to the newsgroup news://news.eclipse.org/eclipse.tools.cdt
