Hi Doug,
I have no real constraints on when I can travel to Ottawa. I just
have to know in advance to be able to book a reasonable-priced
flight. It'd be best for me to know 2 weeks ahead. So, somewhere
between 6th and 10th of December or a week later is reasonable
for me.
