I do think so.

- folks still use "cdt-dev" has the main entry point, instead of the specific lists.

- Many followup been move to the proper bugzilla PR(Which can be a good thing).

- And many "must use" vacation days to burn 8-)

- lots of work beeing done in the background(a good thing also).
