[cdt-core-dev] Build Extensibility Reference 
Hello,

I'm looking to try to integrate a set of 3rd party build tools into CDT, and I saw a link to a 'Build Extensibility Reference' under the CDT Reference Documentation page...stating it was expected to be completed at the end of last month.  By chance can anybody point me to a draft of this document?  It would be greatly appreciated.
