[cdt-core-dev] Build Meeting Discussion

Folks,

  I'm going to tentatively schedule the Build Model and Target discussion
to happen on Tuesday July 15th @ 13:00 EDT.  More details on the conference
number to call into to follow.

The rough agenda for this meeting will be (in a rough order):

- Discussion of the overall goals of the build model
  Try to answer the ever interesting question: 
   is it an interface, is it an implementation, is it a fish?

- Discussion on Doug's Managed Build Model proposal

- Discussion on re-organizing the current build component
  to "fit" the solution from the first bullet.

- Discussion of what we want to do about targets and how they
  fit into this picture.

- Other build topics ....

I'd like as much as possible to carve this meeting to be an hour
max, but I'll grab enough time for discussion so we aren't chopped
off if the discussions get good.
