I would hope that through the build model, not only can 
one obtain configuration specific parser relevant 
information (e.g. -I/my/inc) , but also similar information for
the toolchains (i.e. compilers) associated with the configuration.  
I would believe then that the toolchain and configuration 
information can be used to discover and/or configure a Parser implementation
that works appropriately.
